Description: Straw colour with golden highlights, this wine is bursting with aromas of
honeysuckle, ripe lemons, red delicious apples and pineapple. The palate is textural with a persistent savoury edge and saline minerality that lingers.
Winemaking: Grapes are handpicked into small crates before being destemmed and soft pressed. A long, cool fermentation to retain the varietal’s gorgeous aromatics. Maturated in stainless steel on its lees for at least 5 months to add texture to the wine.
Sommelier’s Recommendation: Perfect as an aperitivo with some salty snacks or paired with fish in a butter sauce. Matches beautifully with Pesce alla griglia.
