1. Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days across Sydney metro areas.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to most suburbs within the Sydney metropolitan area. To confirm delivery availability to your address, please use our postcode checker on the checkout page.
3. Age Verification & Responsible Service of Alcohol
In compliance with the NSW Liquor Act 2007, it is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age.
- ID Verification: Upon delivery, recipients may be required to present valid photo identification (e.g., Australian Driver’s Licence, Passport) to confirm they are 18 years or older.
- Delivery Refusal: Delivery personnel reserve the right to refuse delivery if the recipient appears intoxicated, is underage, or fails to provide valid ID.
4. Delivery Conditions
- Authorized Recipients: We may deliver to any person at the delivery address who is 18 years or older and appears to be authorized to receive the order.
- Unattended Deliveries: We do not permit unattended deliveries. If no eligible person is available to receive the order, it will be returned to our store, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup.

To promote responsible consumption, we may impose limits on the quantity of alcohol products per order or per customer per day. These limits will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
