We currently deliver within Sydney Metro Only. Delivery fees and estimated timeframes will be outlined during the checkout process. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
You must ensure someone over 18 is available to accept delivery of orders containing alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age or identity verification is not provided.
5. Returns and Refunds
If a product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit where appropriate, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For change-of-mind returns, we do not generally offer refunds, so please choose carefully.
